President

Mark Tekin is the President of Tekin & Associates, LLC. Under Mark’s leadership, the Tekin & Associates team has developed or acquired properties valued in excess of $632 million in the western and central regions of the United States. Mark leads the Tekin & Associates team to identify new development and investment opportunities, execute on active developments, source debt, and equity and sell stabilized assets.

Mark sources optimal property locations in underserved markets that show above-average performance to attract the highest caliber of tenants. After starting his career as a real estate broker in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mark’s successes allowed him to shift his focus to real estate developments and investments while leveraging his strategic relationships developed in the industry.
