Britt Ekholm
Director of Asset ManagementBritt is the Director of Asset Management at Tekin & Associates. He supervises third-party property management and develops the quantitative analyses that inform investment decisions and ensures the long-term viability of the multifamily portfolio. Before joining Tekin & Associates, Britton oversaw a 3,200-unit, 12-property portfolio for Sentinel Peak Capital Partners and worked within Northmarq’s Asset Management Group monitoring a $12 billion portfolio of Fannie Mae Multifamily and Ginnie Mae new construction mortgage loans.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
