The Blossoms at Brentwood is ground up construction of a 288-unit Class A apartment community which broke ground in April of 2021. The 14-acre site is located at the Southwest corner of Shady Willow and Amber Lane with convenient proximity to downtown Brentwood and Highway 4. The project will be one of two multifamily developments permitted in Brentwood in over 10 years and will cater to a geographically diverse workforce that is moving to more affordable parts of the Bay Area.
