Rich Garcia

Development Associate

Rich Garcia is a Development Associate at Tekin & Associates, managing multifamily assets through entitlement, permitting, design, construction, and stabilization. He has been involved in the development of over 1500+ units in California and New Mexico. Prior to joining the Tekin Team, Rich served in the United States Army for 11 years as an Intelligence Professional and Arabic Linguist. He led a team of highly trained intelligence analysts, supporting global US Special Operations.

Rich served two overseas tours to Afghanistan and one in Moldova. He still proudly serves in the Colorado National Guard.
