Margaret Sitkowski

Construction Manager

Margaret Sitkowski is a Construction Manager overseeing Tekin & Associates’ San Pedro multifamily project in Albuquerque. She is responsible for all on-site construction activities, contractor coordination, design coordination, and budgeting. Margaret has 25 years of construction experience ranging from multi-family residential, childcare facility, broadcast facilities, office building (construction and renovation), medical exam room renovation, and utility water and sewer renovation projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $65M.

Margaret earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois. She worked in civil and structural engineering before transitioning to construction. She has relocated from Connecticut to Albuquerque to work for Tekin and is excited to experience all that the southwestern United States has to offer.
